How does Check-in Work?

Berlin Adlershof: Digital check-in or reception (check opening times)

Giessen: Digital check-in (check-in machine only available as backup)

Wetzlar: digital check-in or check-in machine

Siegen: Digital check-in, check-in machine or reception (check opening times)

Online check-in:
You will receive an email with the link to check in online. Each location has its own Strav page for digital check-in.

Enter your booking number and last name, check your details and settle any outstanding amounts.

Depending on your location, access to your apartment is then via a PIN code, a room card or a digital Bluetooth key.

Is Early Check-in or Late Check-out Possible?

If you would like an early check-in or late check-out, please contact our reception team via email or telephone.

Please note: Late check-out is only possible upon request and costs 35€. A guaranteed early check-in is only possible if you also book the night before.

Questions About Refunds or Invoices?

Our team will be happy to answer any questions you may have about invoices or refunds. Please contact our reception team via email and provide your booking number.

Are there Parking Facilities?

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at all of our apartment locations. For more information, please visit the respective location pages.

Can I do my Laundry?

Free washing machines and dryers are available at all locations. Please bring your own laundry detergent.

Towels: Are provided during weekly room cleaning. In Berlin and Siegen, fresh towels are available daily for 15€ (please register one day in advance).

Is Breakfast Served?

Wir bieten kein eigenes Frühstück an, jedoch gibt es viele Cafés in der Umgebung. In Berlin Adlershof können Sie im Partnerhotel Airporthotel ein Frühstücksbuffet inkl. Getränke für 18 € buchen (Bitte am Vortag an der Rezeption anmelden).

In Siegen erhalten Sie 20 % Rabatt auf das Frühstücks- und Mittagsbuffet im Café & Bar Celona, nur 100 m entfernt und ab 8:00 Uhr geöffnet; die Gutscheine liegen im Zimmer bereit und Sie zahlen vor Ort.

In Wetzlar haben wir eine Kooperation mit dem Best Western Hotel, wo Sie für 14 € pro Person ein Frühstück erwerben können.
