Sales & Revenue Manager

Your area of responsibility:

  • Selling Room Types: You ensure that the set rates are optimally sold according to the “yield” strategy.
  • Creating Revenue Forecasts: You regularly prepare revenue forecasts so that we always know where we stand.
  • Analyzing Financials: You analyze and comment on monthly financial statements and forecasts to maintain an overview.
  • Implementing Strategies: You execute the “yield” and revenue strategy together with the management.
  • Monitoring Reservation Systems: You perform daily checks to ensure that everything in the system aligns with the pricing strategy.
  • Customer Management: You are responsible for managing assigned market segments and sales regions.
  • Building Relationships: You take care of our existing customers and are also responsible for acquiring new ones.
  • Tracking Revenue: You monitor the monthly revenue of your customers.
  • Direct Customer Interaction: You conduct site tours, visits, and provide personalized support to strengthen customer relationships.
  • Planning Sales Campaigns: You develop and implement sales promotions to boost revenue.

What we expect:

  • You already have experience as a Sales or Revenue Manager and bring sales expertise.
  • You understand market conditions as well as the needs of your customers.
  • Industry-specific knowledge, such as in the hotel, tourism, e-commerce, or SaaS sector, is an advantage.
  • You can analyze numbers and data to assess revenue development and make informed decisions.
  • You have strong communication skills to collaborate with different departments and clearly present complex information.
  • You have the ability to develop long-term strategies while considering market analysis and competitor observations.
  • You are goal-oriented and strive for clearly defined revenue and growth targets.
  • You are familiar with CRM and revenue management systems.
  • You have a friendly, open personality and enjoy interacting with people—especially in sales.
  • Driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to travel.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
  • You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
