Open, engaged, and honest interaction with our guests
Building and leading an in-house cleaning team
- Coordination, organization, distribution, and communication of daily tasks between
  - In-house team
  - External service provider
- Managing and leading the “Housekeeping” team
  - Conducting interviews
  - Personnel decisions
  - Duty and vacation planning
- Organization, control, ordering, inventory, and communication of
  - Laundry delivery
  - Cosmetic products
  - Accessories in the apartments
  - Spare parts management
  - Inventory management
- Interface to departments
  - Management
  - Accounting
  - Technical services
😉 If necessary, also perform the cleaning of an apartment yourself
Working in shifts
- Primarily between 08:00 AM and 04:00 PM
- Partially from 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM
